On Saturday, January 2, 2021, Wild Soul Weddings owner La Rae celebrated the beautiful wedding of Trevor and Kaitlyn! Originally these two were planning on getting married in Des Moines, but as 2020 went, had to change plans VERY quickly due to Covid restrictions.
With 40 days to spare, these two not only changed their venue, but changed the state they were getting married in. Some of their original plans had to pivot, but I think everything ended up perfectly!
Their new venue, Cork and Tap, had an incredible historic industrial vibe. The brick, exposed lathe and ductwork, mixed with the Edison lights created such a cool ambiance!
I loved all the special details that these two included in their day, such as Football socks, vests and cuff links, and Kait’s grandma’s brooch on her stole. Kaitlyn looked like a winter queen!!
