On Saturday, May 18, 2019, Wild Soul Weddings owner La Rae celebrated the love between Joshua and Megan Benzing!

When I walked into The Chateau for Josh and Megan’s wedding, I walked into a sweet, tearful moment between Megan and her mama. As Annette placed Megan’s veil on her head, she started sobbing, causing Megan’s tears to unleash as well.

Then when I walked down to find Josh, I could tell he was a little tense. I asked him what was going on, and he let me know he was a little nervous, especially about his vows. He wrote them himself, rehearsed them, memorized them, and didn’t want to mess up. He wanted it to be perfect.

But as Josh and Megan had their first look, all of the nerves melted away. Their bodies relaxed into the embrace of their beloved. Their bridal party was filled with siblings and close friends, all who were ready to do what had to be done in order for the Josh and Megan to have the best day ever.

And I think we accomplished that.
