Hi babes, I’m La Rae Randall, owner+lead photographer at Wild Soul Weddings!

I started Wild Soul Weddings in 2014, not knowing how passionate I was about to become about weddings!

In 2013, I myself was a bride and my wedding day definitely didn’t look like the fairy tale I had always wanted.

I felt alone and unheard during the wedding planning process and on my wedding day.

Back then, there wasn’t any Facebook groups or Instagram influencers that told me what to do. I had no idea how to create a budget, find vendors, or plan anything. I was one of the only people in my family to have a traditional wedding, and I had no idea what I was doing.

Everyone had fun at my wedding except me, and it took a large toll on me emotionally. I was so distraught by my wedding experience that I went to therapy for a whole year after, trying to sort out my emotions around my unmet expectations.

However, I took the sadness I felt and used my experience to help my wedding clients.

Now, years later, I am still doing my best to make sure my clients feel heard, feel supported, and feel loved throughout the wedding planning process and on their wedding day!
